Chicken Parmesan-Inspired Spaghetti
There's something about anything breaded, doused in tomato sauce, and covered in cheese that hits the spot, but it's way too much to make at home. Well, it was until today!
Enjoy this take on chicken-parmesan on any given Tuesday night as it comes together in no time flat! It’s perfect for summer when no one wants to slave away in the kitchen.
Notes
Don’t stress if your jar of sauce is slightly bigger or smaller than what I suggest. If you have at least 2 ½ cups of sauce, you’ll be good.
May I suggest trying this as a sammie? Replace the pasta with a 12 pack of dinner rolls and serve sloppy joe style. The roasted veggies could be your side.
